She lives numbers, he breathes music. And together, their love is … the perfection equation … the perfect song … the perfect. Everything.

On a single day in March of 1986, two separate families welcomed new babies into their lives. One a beautiful baby girl by the name of Renee, the other an adorable baby boy named Ramon. And like words quickly etched into slow drying pavement, the script of their lives was written in stone … to someday cross paths and discover love.

Renee + Ramon met during their first week at Lynchburg College in Virginia — she was a math major, and he was majoring in music. Both were wide-eyed freshman, eager to start a new chapter in their lives, but also nervous and anxious with the newness of college life. During their first encounter, they quickly learned they were born during the same month. And minutes later they discovered they were born the exact same day, same year, many moons ago.

Renee + Ramon recently visited Cali from the East Coast and Tommy and I were thrilled to get the chance to do their engagement session. And while they were both a little nervous, it’s obvious that these two rocked it out and were total pros at looking fierce and beautiful 😉

Love has a funny way of finding it’s way into people’s lives, but when it’s meant to be, it’s simply meant to be.

Since their chance encounter as freshmen in college, Renee + Ramon have been inseparable. They finish each other’s thoughts. They laugh at the same jokes. They keep safe each other’s fears and secrets. They share the same hopes and dreams. Because they are one.

It was a script that began the moment they took their first breath on that single day in March of 1986. A story of love that told of two people, two roads, one path, one love … one life.
