In unity with Ever Ours, Utterly Engaged and hundreds of wedding industry bloggers throughout the world, I will not be blogging on Friday, March 18th as part of the *Bloggers Day of Silence for Japan* This act of silence is done in honor and respect for the people in Japan who lost their lives and loved ones during the devastating earthquake-tsunami on March 11th.

In silence, we send our love and prayers to those continuing to suffer through the aftermath of last week’s disaster, and we truly hope that each day helps bring comfort and peace to their days of helplessness, fears and uncertainty. In addition, Tommy and I have decided that for each wedding that is booked with us for the remainder of 2011,

we will be donating $100 to the American Red Cross.

We hope our contributions will help make a difference for all those hurting miles away.
