Brendon + Rebecca ~ Love is In the Air | Westminster, CA Wedding

When it comes to the Wedding Day, I truly enjoy photographing all the special little details that our couples have infused into their celebration — whether it be the delicate details of the bride’s bouquet, the special touches on the Wedding cake, or the lovely decor placed throughout the reception revenue — there is love in details 🙂

When Brendon + Rebecca told us that their family and friends at their church were helping collaborate on decorating their reception area, we had no idea what a labor of love it would entail. Seeing the preparation and all the details come together from their rehearsal day to their Wedding celebration truly left us in awe. This was one of the most beautiful celebrations we’ve ever photographed — not just because it had the loveliest of details — but because of the abundance of joy and love that surrounded this pair on their special day …

Brendon + Rebecca were family friends for five years before their love story began. And it is evident that the friendship and the love they share for each other inspires those around them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for letting us be a part of such an incredible day. We hope these images remain a precious keepsake in your family for many years to come!

During her bridal preparations, Rebecca was surrounded by the most important women in her life ~ her sweet mom and five gorgeous sisters, all of whom were part of her wedding party.I adored this tender moment between Rebecca and her mom … emotions were high when she stepped back and saw that her little girl was now a stunning bride. The strong connection between Rebecca and her family was evident throughout the day …Love that we were able to capture some fun-loving moments before the ceremony of this beautiful group of ladies!

Their entire congregation filled the church to attend their beautiful sunset ceremony. Rebecca’s youngest sister was one of many overcome with love and joy during the service  …They held their reception celebration on the lawn of the church — a festive space that was arranged like a large room filled with the most perfect details …
I absolutely adored their sweetheart table and the delicate potted flowers lined against the wall behind them. And YES, hanging from the tree above was an amazing chandelier and two love birds in a cage with words so fitting for the day … “Love is in the Air”Loved the bright colors of the fruits that lined the drink tables …

Rebecca envisioned walking through doors into the reception area for their grand entrance as husband and wife, so her amazing father created this beautiful double door fixture so that his daughter could have the entrance she deserved … it was INCREDIBLE!!!

The bride’s sisters sang a special song for the newlyweds, and I have to say these sisters have the most beautiful voices!!!Another thoughtful detail in the reception area were the door panels where guests could leave their hand-written well wishes …

And while this lovely space looked amazing in the daylight, the nightfall brought out the twinkling lights and the ambience was just perfect!

Another wonderful corner of their reception room was the “photobooth” seating area 🙂And before the reception ended, Rebecca asked for a special photo showcasing the three generations of women in her family … her grandmother, her mother and of course the newly married bride! We wrapped up this beautiful day with a few portraits at the Grand Californian Hotel in Anaheim, where the new Mr. and Mrs. spent a few days to honeymoon …
