People always laugh when they learn of the internal strife between Tommy and I. He’s a UCLA Bruin, I’m a USC Trojan. Blasphemous, I know. 😀 But like PB&J, cheese and crackers, chips and salsa, and  cake and  … more cake (what? I told you I have a cake addiction), we click, we work. It works … despite our school allegiances 😉 Perhaps because we’ve come to an understanding — I get to run my mouth during football season, and he gets to own basketball season. Which of course means, I am currently having a ball!! *HOLLA* 🙂

Well a few months ago we had the pleasure of documenting a very special wedding celebration of one of Tommy’s dearest longtime friends, Becky. But unlike Tommy and I, she happened to find the love of her life on the same team. Yes, Becky + Francisco are both UCLA Bruins, which is why it was only fitting that we shot their engagement session on the Westwood campus as well. And if you follow my blog, you know that Becky actually gave us our first shot at documenting a celebration event a little over a year ago when we captured Francisco’s mom’s surprise birthday party.  That festive celebration was full of love, incredible energy and awesome dancing, so we knew their wedding would be equally epic. And of course, it did not disappoint …

This was our first wedding with a sparkly exit, and I certainly hope and pray it’s not our last ~ truly a gorgeous way to bid the happy couple farewell!!!

Becky + Francisco, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us our first big shot over a year ago and of course for giving us the wonderful opportunity to be a part of this special day in your lives. You two are wonderful people, but together you are even more incredible. The love you have for one another is evident in the smiles and laughter you share together and it’s clear to see you two are the perfect pair. We’re blessed to be able to call you both friends and wish you the best that love and life have to offer *Hugs* and much love to you both!!!
