Megan + Ronny | Huntington Beach, CA Wedding
Dear Blog,
I have truly missed you. Life has been a blur filled with so many ups and downs lately, and amid the frenzy, I sadly neglected you. I apologize from the bottom of my heart and with it I offer a beautiful wedding that is among the very best we’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of ! So I come with gifts in the form of two people who love each other deeply, fully and passionately …
Warmly,
MarieSam

Now that I’ve got my blog apologies out of the way, it’s on to the fabulousness that is Megan + Ronny wedding … π
Tommy and I had the wonderful pleasure of capturing this twosome’s union in an intimate and very special celebration at bride’s parents’ home, where they actually shared their first kiss. The ceremony was held in the backyard and we Β were blown away by the utter perfection of this cozy outdoor space, which provided the perfect backdrop for their heartfelt exchange of vows in front of their closest family and friends. I mean honestly, the greenery that enveloped them provided such an awesome background and the sunlight peeking through the lush foliage was simply heaven sent …
Here’s a few of our favorite moments from this incredible celebration starting with the preparations and ceremony at the bride’s parents’ Huntington Beach home, and wrapping things up with a festive celebration at the beautiful Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach …
The emotion this beautiful bride shared with her parents had me tearing up behind the camera. These are truly some of my favorite images. Ever …
And of course, what’s a gorgeous bride without her handsome groom?
When couples opt for the “First Look”, I admit, they sorta steal my heart because this extra time allows us to capture such raw and joyous emotion, shared by just the two of them. And our cameras of course! Take a look …
Apple of his eye with the key to his heart. And I don’t blame you Ronny, you’ve got one fabulous and beautiful lady as your wife! π
Seriously you two, stop being too hot for your own good π
Sometimes some of my favorite shots are totally unintentional …
Because they did a First Look, Megan was able to sneak in some quality girl time with her closest friends before the ceremony. These are moments that truly make me smile …
So glad I was there to capture one last hug with Dad before the ceremony …
Since Megan + Ronny kept their celebration small, they were able to do a sand ceremony where all their guests poured a mixture of sand into a glass, which was later combined as one — symbolizing a union embraced by their loved ones blessings. It was a beautiful and truly special part of the day …
Another one of my favorites … can you blame me?
Just another reason why I adore this couple … one of Megan’s sweet friends baked a wonderful Wedding Cake for them, and they shared it with us … because they know how much of a cake fein I am. Here’s Tommy sneakin in a bite. hahaha π By the way, It. Was. Delicious!!!!
I’m pretty sure Ronny is OK with this kinda distraction π
Megan + Ronny thank you once again for being the gorgeous and most kind people that you are. We had such a great time capturing this special time in your lives and I can’t help but smile every time I look at your photos. The love and passion that you share for each other is so abundantly clear in each image. Tommy and I wish you both nothing but the best that love and life have to offer. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your Wedding Day. We adore you both *hugs*
* Side note: The company that provides the formatting for my blog suddenly stopped allowing its clients to post slideshows set to music (no more flash capability), which makes me sad. π Β So I am in the process of coming up with the best solution for this! In the meantime, I will have to resort to posts with tons of photos ~ luckily my clients are so ridiculously fabulous and gorgeous, it’s sorta a treat hehehe. But I apologize for the missing slideshow, once I find a fix to this, the music slideshows will be back with a vengeance!
