One of the things that I love most about being in the photography business is meeting all the wonderful people in this industry. From awesome vendors to mind-blowingly talented photographers, I’ve been lucky enough to cross paths with so many amazing individuals over the past year.

A few months ago I had the opportunity to second shoot a wedding alongside a great photographer, Nathan Nowack. We had never met each other before the Wedding Day but he was referred to me by another awesome photography colleague of mine Jeremy Chou. So to say I was nervous is an understatement. As a second shooter, I feel a huge responsibility to be on my game in order to deliver great images that the main photographer can hand over to their clients. And honestly while I do feel pressure to deliver my best, I absolutely love second shooting because it allows me to think out of the box. Because I’m the second shooter, the couples’ focus isn’t on my camera so that forces me to look for different angles and see things in a whole new perspective. It is thee best learning experience and I will probably always be willing to second shoot as long as my fingers can still hit the shutter button 😉

Here are just a few images from the wedding I shot alongside Nathan Nowack … it was truly a beautiful celebration filled with lots of emotion, many heartfelt moments and the most adorable kids on earth. Seriously. And I think it goes without saying that Florazel + Felix are simply a match made in heaven …
