The month of May has been extra busy for us, working with tons of beautiful couples for engagement sessions and prom sessions! Over the weekend, I met up with Julian and Kylie for a quick session at the Cerritos Sculpture Garden in Cerritos, CA before they headed off to Prom night.

THE LOCATION: CERRITOS SCULPTURE GARDEN

Julian and Kylie, a pair of super sweet seniors from Oxford Academy, wanted a location that was very nature-inspired with lots of greenery and beautiful light, so we opted to shoot at one of my favorite spots in my hometown — the Cerritos Sculpture Garden. Normally the Sculpture Garden is a quiet and serene space with little activity, but on this afternoon, there were tons of other prom sessions taking place there too. Fortunately, these two are troopers and we made the best of it, managing to find our own little corners to capture some beautiful images regardless of the crowd 🙂

I love that we have had the chance to work with so many stylish teens lately. These two looked so classy and great! And I absolutely loved the intricate beading on Kylie’s neutral toned gown …Seriously, you guys are the cutest …Kylie looked gorgeous and Julian was quite dapper …Thank you Julian + Kylie for spending some time with me before your Prom ~ you two were a delight to work with and so sweet and kind! I hope you guys had an awesome night and wish you both the best of luck at your respective colleges, UC Berkeley and Cal State Long Beach, and best wishes for much happiness + success from here on out!
