This past Saturday, Tommy and I had the honor of documenting a very special Wedding celebration for Marylou + Alain — a wonderful couple whom we first met at the end of last year. From the moment we chatted with them over drinks at Starbucks, there was one thing that was simply evident . . . Alain loved Marylou truly, fully and completely, and she loved him just the same. It was written in stone by the way he adoringly looked at her, and sealed with a kiss by the way she smiled in return — their connection was crystal clear as we laughed together under the dimly lit evening sky on a chilly December night.

A few months before their Wedding Day, I had the opportunity to meet up with this beautiful pair for a classic themed engagement session at Union Station in Downtown L.A. Together we explored all the beautiful corners of this historic and gorgeous building and also stepped outside for a few shots under the hazy sun.

On this lovely afternoon, Alain made Marylou giggle and her loving touch always seemed to spark a twinkle in his eye. And with each click of my camera, I was once again reminded how precious love is especially when it’s shared with the person you’re meant to be with. These two are indeed in love . . . truly, fully and completely.

I had one chance at this shot while moving upwards on an escalator ~ luck was clearly with me that day 😉
