The first couple weeks of the year were unkind to Tommy and I as the worst case of flu known to man swept its way through our household … first Tommy, then me, and lastly Chey. But aside from feeling terrible, we sadly had to postpone a couple sessions — two engagement sessions and a family session to be exact. Well last weekend we finally returned to the living and got back on track with a wonderful cityscape engagement session in Downtown L.A. … and after spending just a few minutes with our gorgeous couple — Lisa + Jesse — the energy of their love made it one of our best sessions to date!

Lisa + Jesse are a special couple. She is currently working on her master’s degree at Cornell University in New York, and he lives and works in So Cal with his adorable son Kingston. Emphasis on adorable …

And though their love spans across thousands of miles, when they’re together as a family, it clicks like pieces to a beautiful puzzle. And every moment spent together is a reminder of why love is such a wonderful thing …

And when you see the way they look at each other, you know without a doubt, that distance has only made their feelings stronger …

This twosome is so magnetic together and clearly they’re super fierce and *HOT* … I swear our clients are the most beautiful people on earth 😉
